In addition to familiarizing you with our office, we hope this site will also inform you of various illnesses which we are seeing in the office. We may also expand this site to make it more interactive. However, we strongly believe that nothing can replace the personal interaction between patients and our staff. Our Philosophy

Newtown Center Pediatrics is committed to providing you with professional, prompt, and personalized care. Our strengths include many years of experience practicing pediatrics in Newtown and surrounding communities, as well as having up-to-date medical knowledge of recent advances in pediatric medicine. Most importantly, we strive to maintain a caring and courteous manner towards all of our patients and families.

Our Patients

We care for infants, children, adolescents and young adults (through age 21). Most of our patients reside in Newtown, Danbury, Bethel, Southbury, and surrounding communities. Our physicians, nurses, and office staff are residents in the community, as well as neighbors, customers, and friends of many patients.

Our Goals

Part of our mission is to help you keep your child safe, healthy, and happy. During well visits, we will provide you with up-to-date anticipatory guidance with regard to your child’s growth and development, nutritional needs, and behavioral issues. We also aim to help you recognize the signs of mild and severe illness, and to teach you how to use medicine effectively, both in the prevention and treatment of illness. As parents ourselves, we hope to share with you the joys and difficulties of parenting your child from infancy through adolescence.
