MEDICAID

The State of CT is no longer contracting with commercial health insurance companies, such as Aetna (Better Health) and United (Americhoice).


We can no longer accept Medicaid (State of CT, Department of Social Services) reimbursement.


Please notify us if you change insurance, or if you have a financial hardship.

PARENTS / PERTUSSIS


Children can get Pertussis (Whooping Cough, which can be fatal in young babies) from a caregiver.  Even if your child is partially immunized,

please get vaccinated!
